How do I sign up as a legal professional?

Signing up for Legal Beagle has never been easier. Simply log in with your existing Clio or Practice Panther account. If you don't have existing accounts for Clio or Practice Panther, we allow for legal professionals to sign up with their bar numbers. After creating your account in the app or website, you will be prompted to sign up for a monthly subscription, in which we offer a 30-day free trial.

How does it work?

After signing up, customize your lead management filters. Simply choose which states you practice in, followed by selecting which law types that you practice. When a new client creates a new case matching your filters, you will be notified via push notification. It's up to you to respond to the client before any other legal professionals claim them first.

How will I be notified of new clients?

Legal Beagle will notify legal professionals that a new client is available through push notifications. If you're already on the app, you will be notified through an in-product alert.

Am I guaranteed a client?

Legal Beagle doesn't guarantee any clients for legal professionals. Legal Beagle operates on a first come first serve basis when getting video consultations with new clients. Look into our Enterprise options for guaranteeing clients to be picked by any legal professional in your firm.

How do documents work?

Legal Beagle integrates with DocuSign for delivering the best e-signing experience. Before hopping into a consultation, go to the settings page, and navigate to the DocuSign integration tab. From there, you can sign-in to your DocuSign account, connecting it to Legal Beagle. Next time you're in a consultation, and successfully claimed a case, press the DocuSign button and send over a DocuSign power form while you're in a video call. The client will sign the document in the video-call, after the client completes the document, it will automatically get uploaded into whichever integration you're account is created with.

How much does it cost?

Legal Beagle has three different price tiers. $99/month to month, $89/month for three months, or $79/month per annual subscription.

Which integrations do you support?

Legal Beagle supports Clio, Practice Panther, and DocuSign for documents. If you don’t use any of the existing legal case management software listed above, feel free to enjoy Legal Beagle Independent, where all you need is a bar number.
